Monica Clark is the founder and Principal Lawyer of Clark Family Lawyers.
A qualified lawyer for 20 years, Monica specialises in Family Law. Combined with her previous career as a nurse, Monica brings legal expertise as well as life experience to her legal practice.
Monica was admitted to practice law in 2000 after completing her Bachelor of Laws at Deakin University and a Bachelor of Arts at Melbourne University in 1999. Monica also completed a Diploma of Applied Science (Nursing) at Sturt CAE in 1988.
Working exclusively in Family Law, Monica treats her clients with respect and sensitivity. She has a deep and compassionate understanding of the complex issues faced by separating couples and families and provides practical legal advice while being mindful of each client's individual circumstances. Monica is also a registered member of the panel of Independent Children's Lawyers maintained by Victoria Legal Aid.
Monica is highly experienced in providing advice to separating couples, De Facto and Same Sex relationships and provides the professional direction and support to ensure Clark Family Lawyers continues to be a successful, respected and well resourced legal firm.
